Coding a Zipline Control System in MATLAB

This is my capstone project for the Engineering Mathematics course at Harvey Mudd College. The project was entirely coded in Matlab surrounding a problem on "optimizing fun" while following a number of safety parameters for riders of varying weights. The project required deriving a differential equation, finding optimal tension & vertical drop, calculating maximum velocity & exit velocity, as well as plotting rider positions & velocity paths.
